Rest, reset, and reconnect with your body.

No pressure. No perfection. Just care.

Float Therapy

Single: $79 Couples in same float: $125

Slip into a warm, buoyant saltwater float cabin and let your body be gently held. Floating quiets sensory input so your nervous system can finally power down. Many people use float therapy for stress relief, chronic pain, burnout, anxiety, concussion recovery support, creative reset, or simply deep rest.

The water is skin-temperature and supersaturated with Epsom salt, so you effortlessly drift without pressure on joints or spine. Your brain shifts into slower waves, muscles unwind, and the constant “to-do list” softens.

Lights on or off. Music or silence. You’re in control the entire time.

Session length: 60 minutes

Swimsuit: optional. Private room and shower included.

Please avoid floating if you currently have:

• open cuts or wounds

• uncontrolled epilepsy or seizure disorder

• recent hair dye, tattoo, or spray tan (until fully healed and set)

• contagious skin or gastrointestinal illness

• alcohol or drug intoxication

Himalayan Salt Therapy

Adult Salt: $35 Kids Salt: $20

Our salt room is a quiet space with a salt floor that gently crunches underfoot. Micronized dry salt is circulated in the air while you simply sit back and breathe for 30 minutes. The salt particles travel into the respiratory system and settle on the skin, supporting the body’s natural clearing and calming processes.

People visit the salt room for support with breathing comfort, immune health, and skin balance. It may be helpful for:

• colds and lingering cough

• bronchitis

• COPD

• asthma

• seasonal and environmental allergies

• sinus congestion

• eczema and psoriasis

• general immune support and relaxation

Salt is naturally anti-inflammatory and antibacterial. Many guests describe easier breathing, less chest tightness, and a deeply grounded calm afterward. You can read, meditate, or simply enjoy the quiet. Children are welcome too.

Session length: 30 minutes

Good to know:

• wear comfortable clothing

• shoes off to enjoy the salt floor

Infrared Sauna

$30/person private session

Included in all memberships as a community experience

Our infrared sauna gently warms the body from the inside out, using light-based heat instead of the intense blast of a traditional steam sauna. Sessions feel deeply relaxing, like sunshine wrapped around your muscles, inviting your nervous system to soften and your breath to slow down.

Infrared heat can support:

muscle and joint stiffness

• chronic pain and inflammation

• detoxification support

• sluggish metabolism

• stress and burnout

• sleep difficulties

• workout recovery

• overall circulation and immune health

Our sauna is designed as a comunity experience - included with Day Pass and Membership and intended for easy, everyday use. If you prefer a quieter, private setting, private sauna sessions are available as an upgrade for $20/person. Many guests enjoy pairing the sauna with red light therapy, salt room, or float therapy for a full-body reset.

Session length: typically 30–45 minutes (adjustable to comfort)

Good to know:

Hydrate before and after your session

• Bring or use a towel; light clothing or swimsuit is optional

• Not recommended during pregnancy, acute illness with fever, uncontrolled high blood pressure, or immediately after alcohol use

Red Light Therapy

$25 Session

Our full-body red light therapy panel bathes you in red and near-infrared wavelengths that support cellular energy and natural repair processes. You simply stand or sit in front of the panel for 10–15 minutes while gentle light does the work. There is a privacy curtain, and sessions are quiet, calm, and clothing-optional to your comfort level.

Many people use red light therapy to support:

• joint and muscle recovery

• inflammation and pain

• seasonal mood and energy

• skin tone and clarity

• wound and tissue healing support

• overall vitality and cellular function

Unlike tanning beds, red light does not burn or darken the skin. Most people describe it as pleasantly warm and deeply relaxing, especially when paired with sauna or float therapy.

Session length:10–15 minutes

Privacy: Private room with curtain provided

Good to know:

• remove thick lotions or makeup for best light absorption

• goggles are available upon request for light sensitivity

• avoid if your provider has advised against light-based therapies or if you have photosensitivity from medications or medical conditions

Fire & Ice Facial

$25 Session

Our Fire & Ice Facial combines two sensations in one refreshing session: gentle warming red light followed by cooling cryotherapy. First, your skin is bathed in full-face red light for about 10 minutes, supporting circulation and cellular repair. Then we apply a cooling cryo mask with blue light for approximately 2 minutes to calm, tighten, and refresh the skin.

The contrast of warm and cool helps the skin feel awakened, soothed, and revitalized without harsh peels or aggressive treatments. Most people describe it as “my face feels alive again” rather than a traditional spa facial.

This facial may support:

dull or tired-looking skin

• puffiness

• redness and irritation

• uneven tone

• appearance of fine lines

• post-sun or seasonal skin stress

There is no downtime, and makeup can be applied afterward if desired.

Session length: about 12 minutes total

Includes: 10 minutes red light + 2 minutes blue light with cryo mask

Good to know:

• please arrive with a clean face, or we can provide wipes

• not recommended with open facial wounds, active infection, or recent aggressive cosmetic procedures

• let us know if you have cold sensitivity, Raynaud’s, or nerve disorders affecting the face

Ionic Foot Detox

$40/person

Sit back, soak your feet in warm water, and watch the session do its thing. Our ionic foot detox is a relaxing 30-minute soak with an array placed in the water while you simply sit, chat, or zone out. Many people enjoy it as a “reset ritual” for tired feet and busy days, and the changing colors in the water make it an oddly fascinating experience to watch.

It’s also one of our favorite bring-a-friend services. We can seat up to 4 people normally, and up to 6 with advance notice (we set up an additional space for larger groups). A lot of people come in together just to see whose water turns the “grossest” color and laugh about it. Zero pressure, lots of giggles, warm water, happy feet.

Session length: about 30 minutes

Group capacity: 4 guests standard, up to 6 with advance notice

Good to know:

• great as a stand-alone service or add-on after sauna or vibration plate

• remove socks and roll-up pants; we’ll take care of the rest

• not recommended during pregnancy, with open wounds on the feet, or if you have a pacemaker or implanted electrical device

Mild Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy

$50 Session

Our hyperbaric oxygen chamber is a comfortable, soft-sided chamber that you lie down in. During your session, the chamber gently pressurizes while you breathe concentrated oxygen. You can rest, nap, or listen to music while your body enjoys the quiet, cocoon-like environment.

Many people choose hyperbaric sessions to support the body’s natural repair and recovery processes, overall wellness, and deep rest. Sessions are calm, noninvasive, and you are always able to communicate with staff. We stay nearby the entire time to make sure you feel safe and comfortable.

What it feels like: similar to the pressure change on an airplane, with possible ear “popping” as pressure adjusts. Most people relax deeply once the session is at pressure.

Session style: lying down in a soft chamber

Good for: relaxation, recovery support, general wellness, and nervous system downshifting

Good to know:

• you must be able to clear your ears during pressurization

• you’ll remove shoes and bring only approved items into the chamber

• not recommended with ear/sinus infection, untreated pneumothorax, recent ear surgery, uncontrolled COPD with air-trapping, or while sick with fever or flu-like illness

Vibration Plate (Power Plate)

$15 Session

Our vibration plate gently activates your muscles and circulation while you stand, stretch, or do light movements on the platform. The whole session is quick but surprisingly effective. The gentle vibration encourages your body to “wake up,” improve stability, and support lymphatic flow while also giving your nervous system a cheerful little reboot.

Most people say they feel looser, lighter, and more energized afterward. It pairs beautifully with sauna, red light therapy, or a foot detox for a head-to-toe refresh.

Session length: 9 minutes

Want more time? You can double your session for just $10 extra.

Helpful for supporting:

• circulation and lymphatic movement

• joint stiffness

• balance and stability

• muscle activation

• overall energy and mood

Good to know:

• you can go barefoot or wear clean socks

• we’ll show you simple moves or you can just stand and let it work

• not recommended during pregnancy, with recent joint replacement clearance pending, implanted electrical devices, or acute injuries

$15 includes base plus 2 botanicals

Your soak is blended with mineral-rich salts and carefully chosen herbs, flowers, and essential oils based on how you want to feel: grounded, relaxed, uplifted, or restored. You simply sit back, sip water or tea, and let your whole body unwind through your feet.

You can enjoy your soak alone or share the experience with a friend. It’s also a beautiful add-on before or after other services like sauna, red light, or float therapy.

• tell us if you are pregnant or have sensitivities so we can adjust botanicals

Massage: Medical and Sports with One Body Massage Therapy
